Among the winners and awardees of the AmioEra project, implemented this year by AMIO Bank, were students of the Russian-Armenian University. Third-year Finance student Luiza Nazaryan will receive compensation for her annual tuition fee.
More than 1,400 applications were submitted for the competition. Based on a multi-stage selection process, 654 participants advanced to the next round, of whom 365 went through individual interviews. A total of 152 participants reached the final stage—a business role-playing game.
It should be noted that AmioEra is a unique platform for young people striving to unlock their leadership potential, develop professional skills, and present themselves as future business leaders. Participation in the project not only opens up new opportunities for career growth but also helps students build confidence in their own abilities.
