New Classrooms Opened at RAU with the Support of Investment Company “Armbrok”

The spacious classrooms meet innovative approaches and current requirements for educational infrastructure.

The grand opening of two new lecture halls, fully equipped with modern facilities through the support of the investment company Armbrok, took place at the Russian-Armenian University on September 15. The spacious classrooms are designed in line with innovative approaches and the latest requirements for educational infrastructure.

RAU Rector, Professor Eduard Sandoyan, noted that the involvement of Armenia’s leading companies in the development of university infrastructure is an important and positive phenomenon. According to him, Armbrok’s decision to establish modern classrooms creates a more favorable educational environment for students. He expressed hope that this example will serve as an incentive for other organizations as well, emphasizing that innovative equipment and comfortable learning conditions directly impact the quality of education.

Head of the RAU Department of Economics and Finance Mariam Voskanyan highlighted the significance of the project for the university:
“The classrooms will bear the name of the company Armbrok, without additional thematic references. Lectures on various economic disciplines will be held here. In this way, Armbrok is making a valuable contribution to the formation of quality human capital in Armenia. We hope that this is not the company’s last step in this direction and that new joint initiatives await us in the future.”

The ceremony was attended by Aram Kayfadjyan, General Director of Armbrok JSC, and Samvel Sahakyan, the company’s Chief Financial Officer.

It should be noted that in recent years, the Russian-Armenian University has been actively developing partnerships with Armenia’s leading companies. Such cooperation makes it possible to combine the university’s academic potential with the practical experience of business. Support from the corporate sector in creating innovative infrastructure, developing research projects, and implementing educational programs opens up new opportunities for students, making the learning process more modern and better aligned with the real needs of the labor market.
