Born on July 3, 1971. In 1993, he graduated from the Faculty of Informatics and Applied Mathematics of Yerevan State University with a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics.

Mr. Keropyan has over 25 years of experience in the field of information technology and digital transformation across both the public and private sectors. He currently serves as Head of the Digitalization Department at the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia (since August 2021).

Previously, he held leading positions at the Statistical Committee of the Republic of Armenia (Head of IT Development Department, 2019–2021), Triada Consulting LLC (Deputy Director, 2011–2019), and the “NORK” Information Technology Center for Social Services (Head of IT Department, 2008–2011). He also served as CEO of Web Optima for over 15 years (2006–2021).

Arshak Keropyan combines strong leadership experience with deep technical expertise, making him a valuable specialist in public sector digitalization, information security, and IT infrastructure development.
