1993-1998 National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University, Department of Applied Mathematics and Informatics. Defense of the diploma of a mathematician-engineer in the direction of Applied Mathematics and Informatics.
2001-2006 National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University, Department of Organization of Technology of Higher Professional Education. Diploma defense in the direction of "Teacher of Higher Education".
2007 National Research Tomsk State University. Defense of the thesis of the candidate of sciences. Ph.D. thesis is devoted to the development of higher education as a factor in the intellectualization of public administration. The paper reveals the potentials of the principle of complementarity and information theory for the process of diffusion of innovations in higher professional education in the context of the report of V. Houtmacher adopted by the Council of Europe.
