Born on February 23rd, 1982 in the Republic of Armenia.
From 1999 to 2004 studied at the Faculty of Economics at the Russian-Armenian University, specializing in State and Municipal Management.
In the period from 2007 to 2012 studied at the graduate school of the Russian-Armenian University on specialty 08.00.03 – «Finances, money circulation and credit».
From 2011 to 2014 was teaching at the Department of Management of Art and Social and Cultural Activities of the Yerevan State Institute of Theater and Cinema.
From 2011 to the present is the Head of the Center for Control of Internal Quality of Education of the Yerevan State Institute of Theater and Cinema.
Carries out teaching activities at the Department of Economic Theory and the Issues of Transition Period Economies of the Russian-Armenian University from 2007 to the present.
The author of 6 scientific publications.
