Senior Lecturer at the Department of Mathematical Methods and Information Technologies in Economics and Business at the Russian-Armenian University.
Graduated from the Faculty of Psychology at Yerevan State University, where he also completed postgraduate studies in psychology. He earned a Master’s degree in Experimental Psychology from Brooklyn College, City University of New York. Currently, he is a candidate for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences (PhD in Economics).
His research interests include institutional economics, public sector economics, behavioral and experimental economics, as well as the digitalization of public administration in transition economies. His dissertation research focuses on analyzing the impact of formal and informal institutions on the consumption of public goods in the Republic of Armenia.
He has many years of entrepreneurial and managerial experience in the fields of advertising, information technology, and tourism.
