Vardanyan Tereza, 
Senior Manager of the Department of Economic Theory and Problems of the Transition Economy.
She was born on April 5, 2005, in the village of Alashkert, Armavir region of the Republic of Armenia. She is a citizen of the Republic of Armenia.She is currently a third-year student at the Faculty of Management of the Russian-Armenian  University, majoring in Management. Graduation is expected in 2027. During her studies, she demonstrates high academic performance.
She received her secondary education at the Hrachya Kochar Secondary School, graduating with good and excellent academic results.
Since October 1, 2025, she has been working at the Department of Economic Theory and Problems of the Transition Economy as a Senior Manager.
Alongside her academic and professional activities, she serves as the Chairperson of the Student Council, actively participating in the organization of student life, the development of student self-governance, and the implementation of university initiatives.
Prior to her employment at the university, she worked for six months at the insurance company “LIGA,” where she gained practical experience in organizational and administrative activities.In her professional activities, she demonstrates responsibility, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to professional development, successfully combining work with her studies.

Scientific interests

  • Her research interests focus on the study of contemporary socio-economic processes, the functioning of the labor market, as well as the transformation of labor values and motivational attitudes among young people. Special attention is paid to the analysis of Generation Z in the labor market, including their professional expectations, requirements for employers, preferences regarding working conditions, corporate culture, management style, and opportunities for professional development. Her research interests also include issues of youth employment, graduates’ adaptation to the labor market, human capital development, as well as current trends in human resource management and management studies.
