Biography
Lolita Tashtyan was born on October 14, 1998.

Education:

  • In 2017, she graduated from Secondary School No. 62 named after Tatul Krpeyan.
  • In 2017, she enrolled in the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University in the "Management" program and graduated in 2021.
  • In 2021, she began her Master's program in "Management" (Specialization: Strategic Management) at the Russian-Armenian University and graduated with honors in 2023.

Work Experience:

  • September 2021 – October 2021: Senior Manager for the Organization of the Educational Process in the Full-Time Learning Format at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB).
  • October 2021 – October 2022: Chief Manager for the Organization of the Educational Process in the Full-Time Learning Format at FEB.
  • October 2022 – Present: Chief Manager for the Organization of the Educational Process in the Part-Time Learning Format at FEB.
  • September 2021 – May 2024: Assistant at the Department of Management and Business.
  • September 2024 – Present: Lecturer at the Department of Management and Business, teaching "Practical Production Management" and "Applied Sociological Research."
Defended her Master's thesis with honors in 2023 on the topic: "Improving Human Resource Management in Commercial Banks During the Transition to Digital Technologies."

Scientific interests

  • Analysis of social factors influencing educational trajectory choices.
  • Social perception of technological changes.
  • The role of sociological research in optimizing organizational processes.

  • Participated in the XV Annual Scientific Conference of the Russian-Armenian University (December 6–10, 2021), presenting the report "Benchmarking of Premium Cards of CJSC VTB Bank (Armenia) and OJSC ACBA Bank."
