In 2017, she enrolled at the Russian-Armenian University in the Management program. She continued her studies in the Master’s program Project Management, where she strengthened her knowledge in the fields of strategic and operational management.

Her professional career at the Administration of the Institute of Economics and Business of RAU began in January 2022 as a Senior Manager for organizing the educational process of the part-time division. Already in October of the same year, she was entrusted with overseeing the educational process of the full-time division as Chief Manager.

In July 2023, Larisa Kimikovna was offered the position of Deputy Director of the Institute of Economics and Business. Despite her young age, her professionalism, responsibility, and dedication have been highly valued by the university leadership. Today, she successfully combines administrative responsibilities with teaching activities.

A key source of inspiration and motivation for her in both areas is interaction with students—their development, achievements, and desire for knowledge.

In 2025, she completed a professional retraining program within the OPD project in cooperation with Saint Petersburg State University, which allowed her to expand her competencies and apply new approaches in the educational process.
