Biography
Born Date: August 29, 1965 (Yerevan, Republic of Armenia)
She is an Armenian statesman.  In 1982-1987, she was a student at the Sergo Ordzhonikidze Moscow Institute of Management. She graduated from the Institute with a degree in management organization in the machine-building industry and received the qualification of "Engineer-Economist".
In 2011, she was awarded the commemorative gold medal of the Prime Minister of Armenia. In 2013, she was awarded the Anania Shirakatsi Medal. In 2014, she received the Order of Friendship (Russia, November 17, 2014) for her great contribution to strengthening friendship and cooperation with the Russian Federation, the development of trade, economic and cultural ties.
Since 2015, she is a member of the Board (Minister) of the Eurasian Economic Commission. In 2014-2015, she was an adviser of the President of Armenia.

Work Experience
In 1987-2002, she worked at an industrial enterprise, in commercial and non-profit organizations. In 2002 - Head of the Methodology and Banking Research Department of the “Central Bank” of the Republic of Armenia. In 2002-2009 - Member of the Council of the “Central Bank” of the Republic of Armenia. In 2004-2007 — Member of the Board of the Foundation "Financial and Banking College". In 2005-2009 - Member of the Board of the Deposit Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Armenia. In 2009-2010 — First Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee under the Government of the Republic of Armenia. 2010-2014 - First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia.
Since November 19, 2013 - member of the working group on the accession of the Republic of Armenia to the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation. In 2014-2015 - Advisor to the President of the Republic of Armenia on integration issues. Since January 2, 2015 - Member of the Board (Minister) Of the Eurasian Economic Commission. Since February 1, 2016 - Member of the Board (Minister) on internal markets, informatization, information and communication technologies of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
