Brief information (biography)
Born in the Republic of Armenia, Gyumri (Leninakan).
From 1998 to 2003 studied at the Yerevan State Institute of Economics and received a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Enterprise Management.
From 2003 to 2006, took his post-graduate studies at the Russian-Armenian University on specialty “World Economics” and received the degree of PhD in Economics.
From 2006 to 2008 studied at the Moscow Higher School of Sociological and Economic Sciences / University of Manchester (Massachusetts) specializing in Public Sector Management, and received a diploma of the University of Manchester.
From 2017 to 2018 studied at Stanford University, received a LEAD certificate “Corporate Innovation”.
From 2009 to 2012, was head of the USAID / Emerging Markets Group Ltd. Financial Intermediation Working Group.
From 2012 to 2014, was working as a specialist in the Financial and Private sector Department of the World Bank Group (since September 2014, is a financial and private affairs consultant).
From 2014 to the present, is the Director for Strategy and Business Development at UCOM Concern “Galaxy LLC” (UCOM LLC).
Since 2006 to 2017 taught at the Department of Economics and Finance and since 2018 at Department of Economic Theory and the Issues of Transition Period Economies of the Russian-Armenian University.
Is an author of more than 13 scientific papers.
