About

Was born on 15 July 1984 in Gyumri, Republic of Armenia.
From 2001 to 2006 studied at the Armenian State University of Economics, having received the qualification of an economist.
From 2013 to 2015 studied at the American University of Armenia, receiving a master's degree in economics.
In 2006, entered and in 2010 completed her postgraduate studies at the National Academy of Sciences. In 2019 defended the thesis for receiving the degree of PhD in specialty 08.00.03 – «Finance, Accounting» on the topic: «Peculiarities of the development of the mortgage lending market in the Republic of Armenia».
From 2007 to 2016, held the position of a macroeconomist at the Monetary Policy Department of the Central Bank of Armenia, and from 2016 to 2021, she was an analyst at the Financial System Stability and Development Department.
From 2006 to the present, has been teaching at the Armenian State University of Economics.
Since 2018, is also an adjunct lecturer at the American University of Armenia. From 2021 to the present, has been the head of the research department at the Financial Stability Directorate of the Central Bank of Armenia.
Since 2021 has been teaching at the Department of economic theory and problems of economy of the transition period of the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University.
He is the author of a large number of scientific papers published in Armenia and abroad, including by the International Monetary Fund.
