- Vice President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, Chairman of the Executive Committee for the Science and Technology Development Advisory Council to the Prime Minister of Armenia.
- Elected Vice President of the Parliament of the Republic of Armenia from the ruling party "Civil Contract" on August 4, 2021.
- Minister of High-tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia (2019–2021).
- Minister of Transport, Communications and IT (2018–2019).
- First Deputy Minister of Transport, Communications and IT (May–October 2018).
- Led the Regional Partner Program of National Instruments for the Middle East, Russia & CIS, India, and Africa (2014–2018).
- Designed and implemented the 2020–2025 Digitization Strategy.
