About

I am a professional in the tourism industry with over a decade of experience in strategic projects aimed at tourism development. Born on August 24, 1990, in the village of Ashnak, Armenia, my career in tourism began with a bachelor’s degree in tourism from the Armenian branch of the Russian State University of Tourism and Service. I furthered my education by completing a master’s degree in international tourism economics at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, which provided me with a global understanding of industry and development strategies.
One of the significant achievements in my education was obtaining a certificate in tourism management at UNESCO World Heritage sites.
In 2019, I co-founded the guesthouse and restaurant “Noosh” in Ashnak village, where I serve as the General Director. This project has become a successful example of combining traditional hospitality with modern approaches to sustainable tourism development.
Since 2022, I have also been leading the tourism component at the destination management organization GoToDili, where I work on creating and implementing strategies to promote Dilijan as a major tourist destination.
Since 2024, I have been a member of the tourism and hospitality task force at the International Chamber of Commerce Armenian Committee. In this role, I participate in developing international initiatives and strategies for tourism development, collaborating with private and public organizations to promote Armenia on the global stage.
My career and professional growth also include international experience. I lived and worked in France for several years, holding various positions in hotels and tourism organizations, which provided me with unique knowledge and skills in European tourism. I also collaborate with international organizations that develop specific locations as tourist destinations and work on creating DMO concepts for different regions of Armenia.
